Hello everyone
We are back from a stay at Syrena Studio Living and wow wow wow. First of all THANK YOU to Paule and Sylvain for giving us access to this super beautiful condo. They are great hosts always available and really kind and attentive.
The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated offering you all the necessary comfort for a great vacation. Equipped with everything you need, from a perfect cup of tea to a lovely supper. Safely located within walking distance of Walmart (2 minutes) from the beach (10 minutes) and 5th Avenue known for its stores and restaurants with a festive atmosphere guaranteed.
Upon entering you will find a view of the entire apartment super clean and as shown by the photos. The king bed is very comfortable and the storage space will be more than enough to store all your personal belongings.
On the balcony you will find a small table for your coffee, tea, beer or wine. And what about the roof terrace, great swimming pool with several sun loungers and BBQ area. Everything is there for you.
I recommend this condo without hesitation it is a wonderful place.

​We rented Sylvain Tessier and Paule Laforge's condo in Playa Del Carmen, at Syrena. Two great weeks because this condo is close to everything, the grocery store, restaurants (plenty), the beach, and the fifth. Everything is done on foot. Do not hesitate to rent, your holidays will be a guaranteed success.

Thank you Paule and Sylvain for the time I was able to stay at your accommodation.
Everything was as described, it was a great location for me. It was clean, the pool was lovely and for me, it felt like home from home. It had everything that I needed, including the wifi, as I had work to do whilst I was there. I felt safe and the bed was so comfy.

Both the condominium and the super comfortable, nice and clean apartment, the access instructions were punctual and the communication flowed very well with Paula. Arriving and having the air conditioning ON, has extra points in Playa del Carmen at 3pm :) . The condominium is very quiet, a pool with an incredible view of the sunset, as well as very quiet. It is located about 5 blocks from the beach and 5th avenue, the perfect distance to sleep if there is a lot of noise and to be close to the beach. I highly recommend it!
